Yes. The D Tour retains a 10% commission on all artwork sold during the exhibition.

Accepted artwork will be featured in The D Tour's online portfolio and promoted through our website, social media, marketing campaigns, and exhibition events to help maximize visibility and sales opportunities.

Artists are responsible for insuring their artwork during transportation, installation, the exhibition, and removal.

Artists (or their installers) are also responsible for carrying any necessary liability insurance during installation and deinstallation.

We welcome artwork of all sizes, including large-scale pieces.

Accommodations can often be made depending on the artwork, installation requirements, and exhibition location. If you are planning to submit oversized or site-specific work, please include installation details with your application.

Artists may choose whether or not individual works are available for purchase.

Artists are responsible for providing any display equipment required for their artwork, including pedestals, specialty mounts, monitors, projectors, or other exhibition materials.

Standard exhibition walls and hanging surfaces will be provided where applicable.

Electricity is available for approved digital and installation artworks. Please describe any electrical or technical requirements in your application so accommodations can be planned in advance.

The venue provides complimentary on-site parking for participating artists during installation and deinstallation with advance registration.

The site also offers convenient truck access for loading and unloading artwork, along with free street parking nearby for additional vehicles.

The exhibition venue is monitored by 24-hour on-site security throughout the duration of the exhibition.

While every reasonable precaution is taken to protect exhibited artwork, artists are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their work.

Absolutely.

Artists from outside South Florida are welcome to apply. Accepted artists are responsible for arranging transportation or shipping of their artwork to and from the exhibition.
